Refund & Return Policy
Given the nature of the Platform as a digital service:
- Job posting fees paid by Employers are generally non-refundable once a job posting is published on the Platform;
- Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of ProperPune.com in cases of verified technical errors resulting in a posting not being published, duplicate payments, or other genuine exceptional circumstances;
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of payment to info@properpune.com with adequate supporting documentation;
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days via the original payment method.
- As an online publishing service, we do not involve physical shipping and return of any materials. All our services are conducted digitally, providing you with a seamless and efficient experience.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to override or limit any statutory rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
